Last day to file 10/5 day pre-election report: July 8th
Candidates: Only those candidates involved in runoffs have to file
PACs & Principle Campaign Committees: Must file if they have received or made contributions "with a view towards influencing such (primary runoff) elections results.” 17-5-8 (a)(1)
