ALGOP Statement on Supreme Court Elections

Birmingham — With the unofficial results in, the Alabama Republican Party congratulates Supreme Court nominees:

Supreme Court Place 2: Mike Bolin

Supreme Court Place 3: Tom Parker

Rep. Mike Hubbard (R-Auburn), Chairman of the Alabama Republican Party, issued the following on results of Supreme Court elections: 

“The Alabama Republican Party congratulates Justice Bolin and Justice Parker on their victories today,” Hubbard said. “While we are confident that our nominees will rule in fairness based on law, voters will recall when Democrats turned Alabama into ‘tort hell,’ therefore we believe that the voters will protect us against that possible threat - and vote Republican in November.”
